School History
Barlow Creek Elementary is located about 4km west of Quesnel on the Barkerville Highway. It is a school of 96 students located in a rual setting with 5 divisions serving students from Kindergarten to grade 7. The school was destroyed by fire in August, 1995 and was re-opened in December 1998. It was through the commitment of staff and members of the community that the school was rebuilt on its original location.

Our goal at Barlow Creek Elementary is to provide our students with a quality learning enviornment where they can develop skills necessary to become responsible citizens and independent life long learners.
